this is my daily driver it has about 2500 miles on the big bore little over 5000 on unit ... had it since new it is a ripper

with stock gears... and the wheights i list it will do about 78mph on a gps proably a little more but i didn't want to push it...huge tork difference ... i enjoy the most cause i am a wheelie guy love poppin wheelies and taken off at lights and other cars on rode look ...and are like thats a scooter i have been followed in to gas stations and work by people just for people to ask how fast is that .... how big is it most people i meet are in ahhh of what it does

Did you do it all at one time, or was it an evolution. And if it evolved, what was the most impressive addition.

i did exhaust filter and cdi first, then over winter did the rest. the bigger displacement added so much tork that would be the most notice able i love it i read so many different opinions on big boring a gy6 engine so much negitivity towards doing it ... i had my douts but after doing it ... i don't really understand all the negitive comments it is still trust worthy i have over 2500 mile on the big bore this summer and those are hard miles i don't baby it i have had no major problems i am planning doing another this winter i have pics of some of the build i will post them when i get a chance

A stroker plate, would be a piece of aluminum in between the cylinder and the case. To allow for the extra 2mm the crank extends. I can see it would be possible to do without that, as long as the valves don't hit the piston, but the compression would be high.

heres a few burnouts before i did the big bore kit ... these are with exhaust airfilter and slider wheights and rejet
