Hi, Figured I'd drop a line in here and praise the service of Jeremy at Enviromoto since no-one has yet. As you can tell from my handle I am located in Sweden, and even if scooters are quite popular here some things just isn't available. So when I wanted to get a variator tool/holder my only option was to order it from abroad. Enviromoto offers this really nifty tool: enviromoto.ecrater.com/product.php?pid=5374715However, Enviromoto doesn't ship to Europe but Jeremy agreed to make an exception and everything went just fine, some 2 weeks later I now have my tool. I can certainly recommend Enviromoto and have only praise for the excellent service! /Otto

Yep, it does work and makes changing the belt much easier. I am confident I can now do a belt swap by the side of the road if I have a breakdown. To make it even easier I replaced all bolts on the CVT cover with allen bolts, so now I only need 2 tools to replace the belt.

I'm surprised to hear that. Jeremy usually get good reviews from his customers.

OK, complaint stated. I have no desire to have a long heated discussion here for any reason.
For future reference a complaint should mention what was ordered, delivery time, response to questions about delivery, quality of the part and if the correct part was sent. Who, Where, What, When, Why. Price is not something to complain about. If you do not like the price do not order that item.
I would like to mention that even though there is a ad for Jeremy here, I get no money for that ad or any of the other ads you see on the left side of the page.
Sorry, Parts For Scooters does give me 10% of any sale from a click from this forum, I have yet to get a check for any money from them, or a discount at their store.

As you and Enviro are well aware, no good deed goes unpunished.
