Today, Kliff lost his wife, 12/16/2010.
Her name is Cathy, she had been suffering from cancer for the last couple years.
Kliff, I am so sorry for you.
I had the pleasure to speak with her a couple times and she was always very pleasant on the phone. I'm positive she was a wonderful lady.
There is never a good time to suffer this kind of loss. This time of year though is the worst to have it happen. I am at a real loss of words, but be certain that I am grieving with you.

Kliff,
Our prayers are with you in this time of loss. This blessed time of year can be of great comfort when we realize everything it stands for. Peace on earth means much more than "no war". We'll always have wars of some kind, but the peace on earth, good will toward men spoken of in the Christmas message is for all people, everywhere. And most especially, those suffering loss.
We are all here for only a short time, then, eternity in a far better place. And we will be with our loved ones again, never to be separated.
The sadness we feel from our loved one passing on is difficult, but rest assured that Cathy is not in pain, not worrying about what comes next, but is in a joyful place, happily waiting for you and her other loved ones to join her forever.
I'm speaking from experience here. I have physically "died" and was brought back. I've seen the other side. Trust me; eternal life is true, and it's wonderful.
So while your loss is sad, please embrace the peace and good will this marvelous season offers. It will be the best celebration of Cathy's life that you can honor her with.
Most sincerely, and with loving prayers,
Leo & Betty in Texas

Kliff,
No amount of words can fill the empty void you feel now. Know what it's like to out live your wife. Please don't do what I did, shut my self off from the world & people that cared. Truly sorry for your loss.

Kliff, I am so sorry about the loss of your wife. I know that no words Kliff, could ever say how you feel and I know that if it was me I would really be distraught about it. I have been married for almost 30 years and my wife is my strength. I would really be at a loss without her so with that I hope you can see your way to continue to keep going and make out ok.

Kliff,
Friends or not, we're still brothers, and I was deeply saddened when I learned about Cathy's passing. My heart goes out to you in your time of sorrow; please accept my sympathy for your loss.
As you grieve know that I am remembering you and honoring Cathy's memory, even though I didn't know her.
Please accept my heartfelt sympathies for your loss. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. May God's Grace strengthen you and your family during this trying time. I will say a prayer for your family today in Church...
