its gonna take some trial and error to get it right , but original parts can be used as molds due to the poly bein about a third as thick as the original cheap plastic but much stiffer and stronger its definatly gonnaa be worth experimating with , who knows one day i could make a business out of it

i cut the whole cover over the clutch off (the bump out) down to the height of the clutch. Used some tape to guide, a jig saw for 80% of it and a cut off wheel for the rest. A angle grinder smoothed out the rough edges. Easy and effective. Joshua

Well I dived right in. Nothing fancy. Just a centered 3 1/2 inch hole. You can sure feel the air coming through there now.

Defiantly going out. Even idling I can feel a lot more air circulating from the front to the back than before.
