These were all found on American Scooter dot com 150cc trikes I'm not a fan of scooter trikes in their current configuration, but that one looks good.

Well, everybody has their own taste. There are a lot of scooters that I'd never own that are two wheeled scooters. All of the trikes above are good looking in my opinion.

I have the Ruckus clone trike and it is a Beast and that is what I wanted. A barebones trike, motor is easily accessable. A true KISS trike.

How about explaining things like the reverse gear on these and how the differential works on these trikes. You call it a beast, does it have more get up and go than a two wheeler? or just the rugged appearance of the off road styling.

I call it a beast because it has a hard core look to it. It has the gy6 motor. Am just getting it broken in at 330 miles and it is cruising at 45-50. Issues? Cheap tubing, gas lines, the worlds worst air filter, it needs to be replaced immediately before it breaks. Could have better tires, not well balanced. There is a tranny issue and all seem to have encountered it. Alley Oop has good advise on how to adjust it out. I am working on it as time allows. seems the reverse cable gets out of adjustment and causes a lot of shuddering til readjusted. I like the balance(getting older 8^) ) the frame is well built, large top trunk is very handy. Have put a windshield on it. Handlebars may be a bit low for some but does not bother me. Engine is ok and should last with correct servicing. I have two Tanks, a TGB, and a Tomos moped. The trike has so far been decent but if you are not mechanically inclined(I am learning to wrench) the Ice Bear may not be the unit for you. A great concept but quality control at the factory needs to improve. Just because it is Chinese does not mean it has to be cheap. Oh, yes. Handling? A lot of front end wobble til the tires get broken in. Dyna Beads may help that. Do I still like the Ice Bear Ruckus clone? Yes and once the tranny bug is adjusted it will be my favorite ride. Once the arctic cold gets out of NGA so I can ride without freezing to death.

Sticker shock for sure, a bike that was about $550.00 is now $999.00. All the trikes went up a bunch, and so did all the other scooters I looked at. I wonder if the failure of Tank is having a ripple effect and everybody is bumping their prices to keep in business.
