Its turning out to be harder than I thought. I think that I just about have it figured out how to mount it with out causing it to drag on the road. You might try to create a jig that will give you a line to use locating a position for the wheel to contact the ground and keep it inline with the front wheel. I may try that, thanks for the idea!

Found my camera. Here how she sits now. Tomorrow, I think I'll take it down to the car wash and clean the frame, then take it over to my buddy's to have the extensions welded to the frame. Then, I'll paint the frame flat black, rebuild the engine (maybe put a bigger piston and carb), re-cover the wiring, finish the body work, paint, and then put it back together.

It may be a week or two before I have the frame done. Buddy had to go out of town for work.
Did some body repair tonight, built a cover for were the stock gauge cluster went, and went to Wally world to get a bike spedo to put in the new cover.
Will update as I go, may start the engine tare-down tomorrow.

Update for today. Cut a little off the frame and then ground down the cuts. Going to take the frame to the car wash tomorrow and clean it up. The frame may be welded up this week, the friend of mine who will weld it is a shop teacher so he'll use it for a lesson.
Pulled the carb and intake off the engine. Going to port the intake a little bit. Need to order a head gasket and maybe some new rings. Then I'll get a pod filter and some jets. Got my new tuning rollers in today.
I'll get some pics up tomorrow.

I may do that. Update for today: Still haven't took the frame to the car wash. I was going to do that today but the machine would only take card left mine at home. Pulled the head off, everything looks good. I still may do the bigger piston if I can find the funds before I put it all back together. Built a "block off" plate for when the intake or the carb is off, nothing will get in the engine. Here are the pics:
