That morning I woke up at 6AM after going to bed at 2:30AM. That was my fault. I normally get between 5 and 7 hours of sleep. I'd like to get the suggested 7-9hrs, but I've never wanted to take any sort of meds or whatever for that purpose. I do take Tylenol PM when I'm sick to try and keep me from waking up coughing and all that fun stuff. Doesn't usually work that well though.

I recommend the 50mg of benadryl a lot for sleep myself. You can by those tylenol pm that have 325mg tylenol and 25 mg of benadryl or motrin PM that has 200mg of motrin and 35mg benadryl also. The over the counter benadryl comes in 25mg capsules. None of these are habit forming.
