I'm just guessing, but I think the radiator is where the "headlight" used to be. Looks like a normal 50cc scooter. What a sleeper. ;D

What a swap, I like that you used the motor you did, the backwards slant of the cylinder gives you a lot of options on how to fit it in and not have a stretched wheel base if you don't want it. Do you know where the vibration is coming from?

Uhhhhh Hummmmmm...... this is what I was talking about, when we started this section. You can't hold the American Hot Rodder down! Sooner or later, he's gonna start swapping engines.
All he needs then is an "open" forum, with no brand delineations or barriers, just guys swapping engines in scooters cause they can!
GREAT to have you amongst us Scrappy! Just remember....we LIVE for pics! Enjoy yourself, and again, welcome.

The vibration is from the engine being solid mounted. The original CF mount have a cantilever rubber isolation unit that would have added undue length. This bike is only 1 inch longer that original. I'll post some pics on a link. I had trouble putting more than one picture up for some reason, and I don't know how to add more.

Not knowing exactly how the engine is mounted, couldn't you use polyurethane bushings of some kind to eliminate some of the vibration? You would still get a good solid mount, but with a little cushioning.

It was a consideration, but with the engine being the swingarm I certainly didn't want a swimmy rear end that the bushings would have given. This whole project was done for less than 200 bucks. I am now adding our new 250 performance CDI tomorrow.
