Those extensions/motor mounts you made to bolt the QMJ up are interesting. I'd consider not having the freeplay in those holes that are bolting up to the chassis, seems like it would cause some jumping around back there to me, or have you done or seen this done like that before. Or are you planning on welding it up too?

Yea, when I hung the engine.. I impacted everything tight and there was too much flex in the mount Everything lines up real good When I get to it, I plan on tacking it all together and taking it to someone who has the equipment and welding skills to weld it up solid everywhere I tried to do it weldless and it had too much play

I'm wondering if anything has been done to the motor in that QMJ he is putting in there. I didn't see anything mentioned on that.

Thanks, I think it'll have the right amount of stretch I'll have to notch the tail a little beetween the turn signals I have a set of forks, 13" wheel and disc setup that I'm gonna replace the funky stock set up with Just got my 2t built last nite and I'll have a pipe for it Monday or Tues.... Hope to have it up and running next week The Elite is next in line

Shiftless has not posted here in a long time, I don't know what he is up to now. I was looking at this thread because I was asked about stretching a 150. This mount system looks like it needs some bracing for side to side movement, Shiftless as much as said it needed it and was thinking of welding it up. Welds alone would not do it I don't think. It needs some bracing, either diagonals from one brace to the other or something on the outside of each brace going to a third point to the outside. That might get in the way of the motor and your access to it. might be hard to find attachment points. Perhaps using pipe or square pipe might be better and have the three attachment point Shiftless used with a cross piece, it would certainly be sturdier I think.
