I ain't said much on this....just sorta been watching...... but DAMN! I'm liking this !
With the heavier weights, did you by chance drop in a 115mm variator Jeremy? With the pills upped, TS upped, var weights upped, and an 842.....the 115 would be icing on the cake!
Damn fine build......damn fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This scooter was a huge success at the MotoGP bike night. Everyone kept saying "Damn nice scooter bro!" "That dont sound like a scooter" "What is that?". Here is the latest on this project. Velocity stack, not the cleanest job I have done but a regular filter setup wont fit now that its lowered. Open Clutch Bell, thanks Roy! Next post will be the final shots before she is put on the chopping block.

I don't think I could sell that scooter, you did a great job on it, but that is what you do for a living, sell scooters and parts for them.

Update: Since I chopped my springs in the front the ride has been a bit harsh (as expected). On a whim I put 1 table spoon of 50 weight in the fork for each inch I removed (3 table spoons total). Now she rides almost as smooth as stock. As expected I still hit the bump stops when I nail a pot hole or some extreme road condition but Im very pleased with the results and I cant believe it worked as well as it did. I know its a hack way of figuring this stuff out by hey its my way and it seems to be working
