Morning Boys, I have a problem with my GY6 150 running. I set the valves, got a new carb, new manifold gaskets and adjusted the carb. But if I give it any throttle it dies as you can see. What am I missing? Click HERE to watch.

Probably have a vacuum leak, look for a disconnected hose, a Crack in the new manifold, perhaps the manifold is now seated well. Opening the throttle introduces more air an too much air will kill it.

Just looked at the video, if you don't work the throttle will it keep running? The carb is new, did you open it up before putting it on?

Mornin Rebel, It runs good going down the road. I tried a spray bottle looking for a vacuum leak, didn't find one, so I took a water hose to it to make sure I didn't miss one. No leaks. It only stalls out when I try to rev it or take off fast. I didn't open the carb up, I just put in on and adjusted it. I keep thinking it acts like a vacuum leak.

It runs good going down the road, good pickup. It might be a jet needs changing. Ahh heck, it runs good, I think I will just leave it alone and ride it.
