Yes it was rich as I was worried I had no idea how old the top end was fully so I kept the oil a bit higher and a lil rich just in case.now I can actually tune it right at least

Ugh having issues setting tire bead no compressor no starting fluid if you have a ratcheting tie down, you can put it one the tire and use it to squeeze down and it may push the bead into place.

Been doing that going the red neck route lol have starting fluid. Thanks tho but growing up with two master mechanics ect I learned that trick and the ether trick. prob is the tire was too thin and rigid for a hand pump lol and my starter fluid didn't have enough ether

Stock jetting is apparently too lean out here we are above sea level and it's humid as heck being raining lol but even at 75 its lean 85 is what I had to set it at when I first got it I figured it was just so worn out. There's no air leaks it just doesn't like the 75 ugh

Thinner air that's been displaced by water should require leaner settings is what I mean by all that

Ok I'm on a 95 main jet and 30 pilot it runs fine for the most part except now on hills or even wot it gets semi gutless. Its not showing signs of being lean the plug is more blackish but a lighter color then full on rich I have an idea but just throwing it out there for others with experience with these scoots see what ideas I can bounce on the wall. I need to get this perfect.

Float height was low then had an air leak to boot ugh had to roder new piston rings ect as it lightly seized twice and i dont trust it....

I'm thinking of removing the elec start for now as the thin plastic bearing was destroyed and the starter motor is siezed and the clutch for the gear only adds rotational mass. But I'd have to space the pulley away from the motor the same distance Idk just don't want to put a broken bearing back on

Ok can anyone give me a few specs to go on? I need operating temp like a base to go by a transmission assembly view and ear muffs as right as I get into technical stuff and try to remember things I have this nonstop banter in my right ear about the same spiel over and over again that I pay for when I ask a small question about one thing and get the entire days story again...and again and again with a headache this is a bit unbearable. Trying to reassemble the transmission what I could remember before now I can't even remember my birthday as I can't concentrate on jack
