Do all the plug in screw on Performance parts make a diff?

I got my 2008 Chuanl LB150T-12 / LB1 P57QMJ Scooter rid of burned plastics and power washed off yesterday and the only items that I think I really need are a new carb (plastics and wiring burnt bad) for the price,The throttle cable and the cooling fan shroud kit(melted,warped) And the 2 lower side panels below the seat and wrap around to the tail light(Any have a pair? Silver?) And got on Scrappy Dog Parts page I started to make a list and thought since the performance parts are not too expensive I would replace the factory below parts with performance parts?

CR7 Iridian plug
high performance air filter 42mm
gy6-150 #115 main jet
performance aluminum intake
performance coil
PCV Valve
Are all of these items worth putting on? Anything else or something you wouldn't bother with? I am not racing this thing its just going to be a summer runner around.Thanks for all your input in advance!Born
