Im not sure if my Zuma 50cc scooter is a 2 stroke or 4 stroke. I dont know if its 2012 or 2011 model either. How do I tell which onne it is. I have been putting 2 stroke oil in it for the last 3 months. When I first got the scooter it went up to a max speed of 42 mph according to the speedometer now it only goes to about 35 mph.

If you have been running 2 stroke oil in the fuel and you have a four stroke your spark plug would probably have fouled pretty quickly.
If you look at your head you won't find anything that looks like intake and exhaust valve or an overhead cam if it is a 2 stroke.

On a 4 stroke Zuma, there is a hump on the floor board.
