Those of you that know me know I like lots of things Sunday I bought a 1975 apache royal camper These have a bit of a cult following being made of Al and abs They are great little hard side pop up campers So I'll start a thread documenting my new to me camper This is bring in her home Sunday It's in capable shape but that's not good enough for me It will get a new 3500 lb axle with brakes to replace the undersized 2200 lb axle Yeah the camper has a dry weight of around 1600 lbs and only a 2200 lb axle New counter tops and table tops New curtains and cushions A new custom paint job Upgraded ele system Possibly a new heavier rear bumper with scooter carrier And a rack to carry my canoe

Well the top is what the inside will look like I'm going to pull the stove and sink for more counter space as I'll be doing 99% of my cooking outside I can just bring the tabletop stove in n if it's bad weather And that's the camper hooked to new truck ready to leave in the morning I replaced the main trailer lead and had to unfubar the tail lights it was a nightmare One side the blinker wire was grounded the tail was to the blinker and the ground was t on the tail The other side the blinker was right but tail and ground were flowed around

I've contemplated getting a small pop-up. Just something for one person, and then heading south and west with it.
