It's an adjustable wind deflector that you hook up to your wind screen.  While my bike does have a screen, it's a little low for me so I get some bad helmet buffeting when I'm going over 60mph.  Every time I've had the bike over 70 for any period of time it really wears you out.

This seems worth the price to me, especially since I don't have the equipment or knowledge to make my own wind screen (yeah, I know people do it, but I have other things that I am focusing on).

I really like it but to pricey for what it is. Would be worth it at $70 though.
