G if it runs tbe cdi is oodg cdi controls spark
Red wire should go Battery then the starter our relay Then to power distribution
Every thing points to a broken or loose write

i have 2 red wires, one goes to solenoid, then to starter motor, I put a kill switch on this big red wire, if in the off position, the solenoid will click when all is well if big red wire switch is in off position, but now solenoid does not click with starter switch , its getting no power.
NOW--- there is a small red wire that comes off battery and gos off some where--does it go to ignition?, meaning does small red wire off battery work on-off thru ignition, and in closed position power rest of bike with key in on position.
I am just trying to get a handle on my greatest mental failing here--
schematics---I have a huge super grass flash back from the 60's every time i look at on and go dizzy.
hahahahahaha
and thanks brother!!!!!

Usually a big red one going to the starter relay then to the starter. The small red one with the fuse powers the rest of the scooter. Attachments:

I cropped that our of a diagram I made before. The fused red basically supplies everything else. The diagram could have been a single wire not a branching wire, just the way those things are drawn to make it easy to trace things down. To answer the question, yes it would go to the ignition, as in the ignition switch and to lights. Here is the entire diagram. If you want to call me we can look at it and I can help you understand it a bit better.
