Enviromoto sells good stuff. PartsForScooters does as well. A lot of the Hoca and NCY stuff I've seen appear to me as if they could be made in the same factories, but I have not seen an NCY and Hoca BBK side by side. Just used a lot of Hoca and NCY stuff for other applications. I like ScrappyDogScooters for a lot of parts, but I don't use a lot of their engine parts because I don't think the quality is the same as the others. If it's something I'm gonna ride and not just a toy, I think it's worth a little extra for parts that may be made with a little better metals and probably tighter manufacturing tolerances. I have used the big valve head from Scrappy. It's done by a machine shop on the east coast of the US, starting out with a stock Chinese head though IIRC. It's been a while, but I talked to the head machinist directly. The first one I ordered had a valve sealing issue, but it was all taken care of quickly and the machinist seemed very upset that such a problem had occurred. The second one looked nicely done and worked well for me.
As far as exhausts, I don't think many of the 4T pipes are really gonna perform a lot different. The main difference you'll prob have is build quality and fitment. I think that, for the most part, pipes for these are just made to sound good and be free flowing. Not necessarily tuned in any other way. Spend your time looking for pipes that get good reviews for fit and quality and I think you'll be pleased.
