Well after finding the year wasn't what I ordered what came was a 2013 I ordered a 2015 that stated another problem. My wife got fed up call them they only had to end of today to get the problem fix if they didn't she was calling her credit card and demand her full credit on trike because we ordered a 2015 and got a 2013 used. 2 hours later they called and asked if they could ship a new one asked if I would PDI after what they sent and how they PDI it I agreed. So in a couple a days should be shipped we will see. Do you believe in women power I do now LOL.

Well I got a new 2015 being shipped from Georgia I will PDI this time. I had such a hard time getting them to return it. I just brought it for 1/2 price and they are sending all parts need that I want. So I guess I'm a 3 trike family after I assembly the new one which I take my time and a lot of lock tight and really go through bike them I will start a rebuild with the new parts. I already have a couple of people who like to buy it and I know there is a good profit here.

I been doing pm on my # 1 Zodiac found the adjustment brackets have hole to small for threaded shaft to pull or push to adjust rear axle. I will enlarge hole so to improve clearance and put washers between bolts to a line threaded shaft with hole with 4 shaft in difference directions. So down the road all Zodiaces will have the improvement #2 #3.Buy doing this it will be easty to adjust equal distance on both sides to swing arm which will improve tracking up front and take out a little wobble out.

Consider looking for part numbers on the bearings and measure all the dimensions so if you ever need to replace them.

I have all the old parts or should I now say some spare parts. Finished #1 trike axle in and rear end adjusted the way Rapid Jim said, between that and some minor spacer washer to fill in large gaps between frame and rear end the wobble I had is no more and the hard shift into reverse is gone. I believe what help was the 14 oz sliders I installed seem to engage very smoothly to reverse and forward. Which make wife happy and my life is very happy Being a raining day couldn't get a real good test today but tomorrow with be sunny and dry. If everything works well I will be busy with #2 ad #3 trike when weather get bad can't waste good weather got to ride the work is later. As weather changes and me working on trikes I will take pictures on improvements and any one that has a trike and check them out and make up there mines if it's feasible for them self's.
