I dont have a part number per se, but I have a photo of the ones that I think will be in them. I think there are 2,3,4,6, and possibly 8/10/or 12 pin interlocking connectors and I would need male and female, and they look like this:

Kind of expensive to replace all of them. I found a kit on EBay that might work for you. kitI'd suggest just making sure the ones that come with it make good contact and the seal them up with some di-electric grease. If you want to just replace them you can use any kind of plugs you can get.
