you need to CANCEL the sale from paypals end once they see they are NOT gonna get any $ they might try to kiss ur a&& I opened the dispute so they will have emails about it and paypal will mark their account as in dispute etc... I also sent an email to their sales person Sandy again. Explaining that I have the bill of sale and certificate of origin & that since this arrived as well I am assuming it was truly a simple mix up in orders. I explained that I wanted them to have the chance to correct the mistake I also informed her that I opened the paypal dispute due to these issues and because she had not returned the phone call as she said she would that same day and beacause I never had any reply to my email when I sent her the photo's and video clips of us inspecting and sending the unit back to them. I mean a simple email back to let me know they have the photo's and video clips and to explain their next action would have prevented me from filing the dispute.. I mean mistakes happen but I was left in the dark the entire time. Even before that order had shipped. I never knew it was even shipped to begin with because I was left in the dark. I requested in that last email that someone contact me monday by email or phone to let me know whats happening. If I do not hear from them monday before end of day. I am pushing the dispute to paypal claims to have it refunded. I do think however they did make a simple mistake in orders. Because I received that COO and bill of sale in the mail the very next day. Time will tell.... The Saga Continues!!

real sad to hear the fouoked you after all they did for me, and all the times i told folks to go there.
a year and a half after getting into bikes, bike forums, Etc, I have decided to sit way back from it.
way way back.
No, way way way way back.
Sometimes there are things more important and way more renewing.
the bike kz showed you is a real deal, but back disc brake is on muffler side.
if you ordered a bms bike, call bms, they will take over the sale and ship from there shop, which in my case included phillips brak lights--go fiqure
bms will rip superiors butt up for a screw up with their name on it.take it easy, for now.

I escalated it to a full paypal claim. Now paypal will review it.
They will see that they never replied to it I never had any solid information from them after purchase They never called or emailed back even when telling me they would They will see I was never told the order had even shipped and I was sent the incorrect item I showed them video and photo evidence of the incorrect item being sent back on the same truck
There is no way paypal could deny my refund. I have evidence everywhere of whats been going on. Including this forum thread. Which is another reason I post logs of my entire experience it helps others in the future and it helps me if I need backup on my own story.
we will see what paypal says. maybe I have a different view on how you handle customer service and your business. I keep my emails on me 24/7 and my phone on me 24/7. When A customer has an issue I know about it and take care of it. These people did not even call me to say "hey we got your payment thanks for ordering we will process that order as soon as possible" OR something like "Your order will take about 2-3 days to process and we will contact you when we ship it"
again the Saga Continues!!

when i was in my hey day, we didnt have e mail but as a restaurant manager C. S. if u worked under me, & u didnt "kiss every customers ass, every time, ever" u didnt work for me. after i start making a company $, 2-3 yrs. they let me do anything i wanted.
BUT thats the rest. biz. i was there 90% of our open hours. i could see.
but yes i agree customer service is down everywhere "whatever company" i am on the phone with treat me like its me that should be grateful HUH ? its my money , but see they have yours

It seems several days after the dispute was filed on paypal and me pushing it to a full dispute I have finally gotten some sort of response from the one woman I had emailed at Superior
Sandy has replied tonight explaining they have contacted the shipping company and verified that the photo's and video's I sent them were valid
The shipping terminal verified that I had been sent the wrong item and that I refused it and sent it back.
Her email "Hello Mr. Garber,
I apologize for any inconvenience in regards to this matter. We did receive your photos and with that information we notified the shipping company to confirm on this matter. The wrong unit was indeed shipped to you. We apologize for the error and we will make the corrections. The unit is going to be sent back to us and we will get the unit you ordered shipped to you. If you have disputed the transaction on Paypal please let me know when the payment will be released to us again so that we can ship your order out to you. Let me know if you have any questions.

I am not sure what to do. The email I sent to her was sent out 4 days before she even replied. This is the first time I have ever had her even reply to any of my emails.
Do I still trust this company to complete this order or not I am not sure what to do...
what do you guys think..

here is what i see some times things take time think about it this way if you were sent a wrong part from a store they arent going to send you the right part untill they have the wrong one back
so depending upon what time you sent the email on friday the 24th who ever may not have gotten it till monday then they have to get ahold of the shipping company so that gets us all the way thru at least monday if not tuesday while they get all the info exchanged
i would touch base on phone with them this is where it would work out much better if paypal worked like an escrow account untill the transaction happened they know the money is there and cant be touched as they have a hold on it and you know they dont have the money and cant get it till you have the right product

I find it hard to believe that their people do not have access to paypal emails / alerts. They use paypal on a regular basis for payments. So someone would need access to verify a payment is complete and start processing the order. So at a minimum someone should have seen my paypal dispute when it was filed. Why would that take so long to get a response Its possible this is all just a simple case of bad timing and bad luck. However I have other information that shows they do not always ship from their own ware house. They drop ship orders as well. I was told they ship all orders from their ware house. Yet they shipped that one unit from Sunny Motorsports/Powersports in chino. So I know their people at their ware house in City of Industry never saw or touched that unit nor did they do a PDI. I am betting the people at Sunny did a PDI on it. Scooterdepot.us is sunny powersports retail side of the company. So they have the ability to PDI all drop ship orders if requested. I replied to her email in great length expressing all concerns and also specifically asked if the bike I ordered was a drop ship or if their people at their own ware house had it in stock and would be seeing it before shipping it out. Part of their reason behind my orders delay was their ware house people had not done the PDI on it yet. Well since the bike I was actually sent was drop shipped that would mean their people never saw or touched it. I am waiting for her reply to see what happens. Also dont forget I sent them photo and video of the wrong item being sent in and us loading it back onto the shipping truck and sending it right back to them...

from what I understand the actual product is not bad quality. Its the service people are getting that is not worth a damn.
What do u guys think I should do. Should I go ahead with Superior and chance it or totally drop the entire order.

You could tell then that given the problems you have had with them that you have found another place to buy it and if they want the sale a significant discount would be needed.

Well I am still waiting for a reply to my email to Sandy at Superior.
Terrilee... I had already opened a dispute they never replied to it so I added more information and pushed it to a full paypal claim. They never replied to it either. They have until March 8th to reply to that full claim or paypal will decide the outcome using only my information. Basically that means a refund.
I am 100% totally shocked she still has not emailed me back its 2PM their time. I fully believe thats plenty of time to reply to customer emails.
idk.. I will see what happens I guess
