Well... I got a call today from the freight company. They said they have a order for me and need to schedule for drop off.
I was shocked. It turns out Superior shipped my order on Fri 17th.. but on Tuesday (21st) I was told by superior it shipped Monday 20th and by end of the day (Tuesday 21st) I would have the email with tracking information. Well that email never arrived....
The lady at superior when I called said she saw my paperwork and the order shipped Monday 20th.
Soo to recap Superior thinks they shipped my order on Mon 20th -- it shipped for real on Fri 17th and is schedule for drop off at my home on Fri 24th between 12:00 - 4:00pm
This is truly the worst so far. I have never had a company this screwed up with shipping an order.
If I end up with 2 units that would be awesome. Shame I cannot legally KEEP both units though LOL....
Soooo Friday I will make sure to document everything and take lots of pictures...

I will be double sure to look it over good and take tons of photos tomorrow.... I am not signing the paperwork from the driver until I am done inspecting it upon arrival...
Is it common to unload and open the item before the driver leaves? I mean if you unload and open the item then it has something wrong how in the world does the driver manage to bundle it back up and re-load it LOL (shrink wrap probably)
I mean its not his fault don't want to cause him extra crap to deal with if I dont have to
What do you guys usually do?

Inspect the box for damage, if it is damaged make sure you look at it before he leaves or don't accept it at all. I have not spoken with anybody that has ordered a motorcycle like yours before and don't know how well the get packaged up. A hole in the box might mean nothing,but it might mean that something got messed up too.

thats what I generally do is a quick look over of the packaging.. I have not had any real issues with shipping damage yet.. Knock on wood

EPIC FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL I am extremely Pissed off now They sent the wrong item... 100% wrong I sent it back Refused shipment/wrong item I called superior and explained whats going on they informed I had to wait until the shipping terminal takes photo's and sends them the alert and photo's to prove it was the wrong item What the fudge kind of customer service is this? Sandy with superior said she will call me back here in a few mins after she does some research into whats going on Soo to recap I ordered on Feb 3rd Sent Payment via paypal on Feb 8th Been through hell and back trying to figure out when an item is shipping and whats going on I never got a tracking number or shipping information Shipping company calls and tells me they are ready to drop off an order I did not even know had shipped yet and then I get the wrong item I don't know what im going to do yet.. This is the first time I have heard of them doing this, used to be very common for a drop shipper to send a different scooter to somebody and then just tell them that was what they were going to get and nothing was going to be done about it.
If they do not make it right very fast I'd just go ahead and file a dispute with paypal, make sure you have proof of what you ordered.

lastnightsdesigns.com/bikePhotos and I have a security camera on front of my house that recorded the entire drop off and us loading it back onto the truck.. plus I have the invoice of the correct item I am uploading more of the camera clips right now Sandy at superior never called me back. When I called them back she was short and came off as rude. Explaining that she called the shipping company and that I had to wait for them to take photo's of the wrong item and email them to her. So I said well I have photo's and she requested them so I emailed them to her myself. As well as emailed the link to my photo's online and the video clips of the drop off and us reloading it onto the truck. Still no phone call back from them and no email back yet.. I wanted to get this bike in and then order another bike and the Kandi Viper from them as well. I think they just screwed themselves out of almost 10K in sales. not to mention im furious about this right now I understand crap happens but if they do not fix this situation I am disputing payment on paypal to get a refund. I just don't know who else to order from. They had solid reviews

You are right, crap happens.
That is the big reason we always advise people to buy local at a brick and mortar dealership. We do hear a lot of good reports from people about Superior though and I was optimistic about your purchase.

ya still no email or call back from them.. I could never ignore or let a situation like this exist when dealing with any customers of my own.

After no returned calls or a simple Email saying "Hey I got the photo's we will look into this" No communication AT ALL from them. Half of their people are rude on the phone (I am not saying this due to anger.. I have posted this before) And they are just in general bad at customer support... I am done.. I filed Dispute with paypal to push them into taking care of the situation. I will push it to paypal claims for a full reversal if I do not hear of a solution I agree with before the end of their business day tomorrow. Can any of you guys recommend another company to buy from. Price is no object I only chose Superior based on their reviews.. hey i dont know of anyone i know , personally, that has been 'dropped shipped' but from reading on the other forums that seems to be the practice. u order such & such with such a color and get totally diff. but most people just to seem to accept it. i wouldnt but i bought off of craigslist
your scoot problems are tremendous. god i'd be taking a drive and hurting people but thats just me. ;D
all i can think of telling u about finding another scoot is...... google scoot dealers and then check BBB again.
but once paypal starts harassing them, maybe they will get off their ass'es

I just now saw ur post... I have ordered china scoots in the past and had 0 issues... Never have I had any issues like these in any of my online dealings.. lol
I would have order units from the people I dealt with in the past but they did not have the ones I wanted.
sooo I guess now I am back to the waiting game to see what they say to the paypal dispute if they even say anything.. it seems they are so unorganized its crazy
