Bought it anyways... lol I will keep a updated post here on superior and this model with info from customer service, shipping all the way down to the last nuts and bolts on the bike itself...
I hope they turn out to be good dealers because I can bring them easily 12k this summer in business i plan to buy another item later in summer and our local riding group im sure could spend some tax return there too lol

Im sure I will... it will serve multiple purposes
1. for me to get back into riding on a actual bike with gears to shift
2. I need to get a Class M -- I never had one growing up we rode bikes all around our little town - nobody cared this is perfect size to re-adjust to and go get my class M. I grew up on dirt bikes, mini-bikes and Honda's (Had a Honda Automatic for long time) I drove it in town and none of the cops ever pulled me over growing up LOL
3. Its low enough to teach the girlfriend to properly ride and learn shifting for her to get a Class M
4. I will use it in warm weather as transportation to and from work.. Will save a TON on gas...
After all the point is to Enjoy riding it

I don't think you'll regret your choice. Of course we'll need pics of you sitting on it to see how it looks in the flesh. I'm sure you'll be pleased with how well it works.

LOL... I will make sure to take pics.. I always take pics when scooters and such come in just for damage notes and pics of how it arrived in general
Now its the waiting game. Waiting for shipping confirmation which I expect sometime today.

no it was not a perfect sale, but i road off with the delivery truck guy eating a sandwich, wearing the helmet they discounted the bike for so i could afford it.
they screw up, but they believe in karma and take care of problems

Well superior told me today I would have an email with shipment and tracking information and guess what
no email... soo thats strike 1 on them... They have had my payment since Weds Feb 8th That gave them thurs, fri and sat to have the item shipped.. They dont do a full PDI unless u pay extra for it.. They just open the box to inspect for damages then ship it out
At the most a friday or saturday pick up from shipping company should have been done
so I called them and they said pickup was monday that I would have an email tuesday with details.. well here is tuesday and no email.. Granted its only 1pm in Cali right now but if they picked the shipment up yesterday I should have an email already.
I design and custom write information systems and software as well as Ecommerce apps its pretty simple -- you enter the shipment info and a email is dispatched to the customer and anyone else you feel should be alerted. At least thats a common sense design but hey not everyone uses common sense when writing code...
The second that shipment was picked up and entered into the system for the shipping company I should have been alerted or atleast Alerted to the fact a order for shipment was created. Then an alert when the item was on truck in transit etc.
sooo im a bit angry at this delay

I emailed them at night around ehh 9pm their time so I gave them the entire day to see if the information came... nothing and now I have no reply to my email either
so no shipping information and no email reply and its been 5 full days they have had time to inspect and ship the item...
This does not make me happy at all... I work 2 jobs and at both jobs we keep timely service and keep our clients up to date on their products and services....
im calling them now to hear their excuses... This is the reason I used paypal 45 days to recall payment if anything goes wrong lol

I spoke to them on phone they now say the trucking company will pick it up on the 16th and I should have information on the 17th in my email about the shipping time and tracking information etc..
The lady was polite but I am not sure if I am being run around or not... She said it might not have been picked up monday because the shipping truck sometimes is full or sometimes does not come on that day depending on where in the us the item is being shipped
that makes sense to me but they should be more careful about promising shipping times when it could be incorrect. This leads to bad customer experiences and service...
I called back a minute ago to ensure they have the correct item on the invoice for shipping to my own mind at ease and they are polite when you start talking to them but when most of their people answer the phone they are not polite... They tend to pick the phone up and simply say "Can i help you" they dont identify who they are or who you even called.. LOL
I had a guy simply pick the phone up and say "will you hold" that was it... I said "sure no problem and was placed on hold" The lady who answered my call from hold said "Thanks for calling Superior Powersports who are you holding for"
so aside from having some people who are horrible at answering phones and not being to straight forward with shipping information I will let the order continue and hope for the best....
Keep in mind I have never ordered from these people before and I have read good and bad experiences online. I live in VA they are in California and if I do future business with them I want to be sure they are worthy. So this entire thread is not only my own questions its a full blown review from their support down to the nuts and bolts on the bike when it arrives...

I assumed they would ship the order as soon as possible because its just considered good business She apologized that it was not sent on monday and said she was not sure why it was not picked up monday like planned She mentioned that sometimes they dont pick up if the truck is full and I think she said something about some companies only pick up certain days of the week They are shipping via Vision Express www.visionexpressltl.com/pdfs/SoCA_map.jpgI am not sure if it was excuses or not but that shipping map shows they pick up on Monday Now if they do load it on truck Thursday (tomorrow) it should be here in VA on Tuesday 21st I am still upset they did not ship it monday like I was told. Just bad business Perhaps this will be the only issue I have LOL
