The clicking noise is just the exhaust cooling down, it happens. Strange that you can't use the horn at low speeds.

you also want to check the nuts holding the exhaust flange & make sure they are tight they often loosen and may melt the plastic cooling shroud near the exhaust pipe.
horn sounds like probably a loose wire

There are performance exhaust systems.
If you start changing the exhaust/intake, you'll want to also re-jet the carb if you don't you run the risk of running lean and causing the valve to burn.
My suggestion is to start by tuning the variator, change the weights, probably lighter ones. This will let it rev higher and make it more responsive.
After you get the variator tuned the way you want it then go with a free flowing exhaust and intake.

ok thank you very much. another question my cy50 t3 50 is it street legal? do i have to have a license for it it goes top speed of 46 Street legal varies from State to State, you will have to check at the local DMV. If it goes 46 mph it probably needs to be licensed.

No, it seems you are timing it about right to me, I think it is probably about broke in and the rings are seated by now. If you want to use synthetic go ahead and switch to it now.

I believe "An Entity" exists, possibly. Whether or not it is THE ONE is up to speculation.
I do think Boric Acid does work, at least for me and for most people I have heard who used it. It does get a bad rap from people who mistake enthusiasm with pugilism.
