Mike, might have received a scooter/scooters with different gages on them that we're not as nice as Jeremy's, or perhaps were are just old and like gages from the past, back in the day that stewart/warner gages were the ones to get.

I dont think so as this was one of the first ones out of the container. Since then not much has changed except for some wire routing and maybe some smaller handle bars.
Mike who is your sales rep? If you ever have a problem and cant get through to anyone feel free to drop me a email @ Jeremy@RSScooters.com

Hey Jeremy..."droppshipping, no dropshipping," no dealer's list on the Redstreak site....
IF a person were to wanna buy one of these buggers,(I may have one sold to my Father in Law), how would you go about geting it? He and I both, would want it delivered, or picked up(if not to far away) in the box. No offense to anyone, but I want to do the PDI.
So who would we contact, to get a GOOD price, like the one you quoted, and not some inflated MSRP retail price. Fill me in, and if you can get me some sales brochures, or show me where to download some, I'd appreciate it.
BTW....if the sale is made, your factual report, and up close and personal pics, will be what made the sale. You need to direct RS to this post, and show them the value of dedicated dealers/resellers. It means a LOT more than a company supplied web page, and a few specs. A dealer tearing in, and calling it like he sees it, then photo essaying the whole thing...that's how sales are made.

Sorry Jeremy, didn't wanna leave you hangin', but Dad in Law was about to mash the button for the Extreme 50....when he goes and completely tears his right bicep loose. He goes in for surgery Friday. So the FAMILY has jumped in and put him on the bench permanently At 93, I guess it's time to hang up the goggles.
Sorry man, was really looking forward to having at will access to one myself. But not this time.

No problem at all. Best wishes out to your father I hope he gets back on his feet soon.
ON a side note I did a little GPS run with this scooter and im pretty disgusted. 32mph down a hill is sad, 28mph on a long flat road. I think the belt is whats holding it back and once I get the 729 18 30 back in stock im gonna switch it out and see where that gets me.

Actually, that's my Pop-in Law, Cathy's Dad. My Dad was sent home form the hospital on Jan 3, 09, with 2 weeks to live. All but 1 heart artery collapsed, 90% loss of function. But I still got him going. I cook for him every week, had to releive him of driving privledges, so I take care of all his banking, shopping, Dr visits....you name it. But he said he wanted to die at home, either i bed, or in the shop.... it's probably gonna be in the shop, he still works out there every day with me. Wnen ever you see a new "box" in the shop, for special tools....Dad! He'll be 88 if he makes it till Sept. Time will tell, but he'll poass at the house, where he wants to be.
Thanks for the well wishes, right now, my plate is plenty full, and it looks like yet another round of Cancer on the horizon for Cathy too. But I'll get through it, unless it kills me first....LOL! But Mama, bless her soul, always said I was too mean to die, Heaven don't want me, and satan is afraid I'd do a take-over. So I guess you guys are stuck with me for a while....

The downhill number is what raised my curiousity.

no it just dosent run much faster than 30. I think they put a belt that was to short to keep the speed down.

Well, the way I see it, is you're saving quiet a few bux, opposed to a true Honda Ruckus, so why not "spiffy it up a bit......ummmmmm...STAGE 4, maybe.

The way you talk of your father reminds me of my great g-pa. He was a farmer and out in the shop until he passed. Its good of you to take such good care of your dad. I hope the best for Cathy.
Yea BB that little thing. Face it, ya gotta get it going faster than that or a Razz is gonna get the better of ya.....Preparing for Stage4 captain. I,I stage4

haha I will do a stage 4 eventually but I already know what that does. I would like to know more about this little 50cc engine and see what kind of power I can make without changing the displacement. I would like to throw a cam, exhaust, and performance head on it first.
