cam, 4 lifters, 2 pistons, rings, grind valves, hone or bore jugs, gaskets and misc. stuff plus $700 labor. there's 90k on it so it's time for some love. the only thing i'm concerned about is the lifters. they're working way beyond overtime. if i get another 27 years out of it for $2k i'll be happy.

i'm thinking of taking my shovelhead for the display part of the show. maybe i'll throw the battery in and fill it with oil. there's no entry fee so there's no trophies either. a friend of mine has an old panhead he might take there too. i'll decide on friday.
