I'd like to volunteer the lawyer I had when I got divorced, and the judge along with him. That's a kind offer Rebel. DONE!! Getting ready to head out the door for work, the sun's coming up and it's going to be 60ish today. That ought to cheer me up a bit. RD

Gotta ride up to a few local scooter shops tomorrow when I get out. I really wish there was a shop closer to me. Half hour each way to one and about 45 min each way to the other. Next closest to that is a 1 1/2 hour ride each way.

It makes a good back up light! I got my light at Big Lots, it is a quartz halogen 55 watt, I bet it is brighter than most scooter headlights, cost was $8.00 I figure turn signals are just to warn the bugs and I don't mind mowing them up. Oil gauge might be nice, how did you put that on. Oh, I put a push pull headlight switch on too, so it does not run them in the daylight.

I went looking on the big lots web page and didn't see anything like an automotive section, couldn't find the light either.
I did see some very nice looking driving/fog lights at the Kragen store last night for $24.00 a set.

My mower must not like me. Damn thing wont start. It will if i shoot gas into the cylinder but then it dies out. New fuel filter, fresh gas, new plug, new oil filter, new oil, new air filter (get this, the air filter is $16!!!) and still being a pain. I pulled the carb to blow out the jets but you cant remove the the float bowl!! Not having to great of a day.
Rebel- I have not wired the oil pressure gauge in (its just sitting inside the panel). I gotta figure it out this week so I can get the rest of the electrical plumbed.

i bought a new mower from k mart in 1976. briggs 3 hp. i change the oil and sharpen the blade every year. the spark plug is the original one and it has never been out of the motor. it hasn't even ever had a wrench on it. if it ain't broke don't fix it. oh yea, 3 pulls and it's running.

wow bagga, I've never had such luck with a mower.
I can say that mine is starting much easier since I put the poc (everybody tells me they are a poc anyway) battery from Walmart in it and change the plug, cleaned the air filter, changed the oil and filter.
WD yours have a briggs in it? Mine has a kohler.
